Are you a superstitious person?

To be lucky or to be unlucky. Maybe you are the like rest of us  - doing everything you can to avoid bad luck - taking care not to break mirrors, always crossing your fingers to make wishes come true. We may not be able to save ourselves from the bad luck or are we just superstitious people?

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project will allow for students around Europe to encourage communication and recognise differences and similarities in our lives, to communicate with one another and discuss common superstitions and share different ones. Through e-mails or letters our students exchange views and information creating a bridge between our countries, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Turkey.

Aims

We would like our students to improve their skills in ICT, use English to communicate with people not speaking their language and share their views and tastes with other European teenagers.

Work Process

Students are going to exchange documents to work and play together. Each 6-8 weeks we will vary topics and pupils will gather information, upload to the twin space. They will compare results of research and provide feedback- peer assessments on work done by others.

Expected Results

We want our students to understand the benefits and advantages of learning a foreign language that can help them communicate with and understand other cultures. With this project, the Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian and Turkish students will also have the opportunity to get to know a region they are not familiar with.
